There are certain truths behind wealth attraction process that we all need to understand.
One of those truths is that if you look negatively at selling and promoting you’re actually repelling money.
The energy that you put behind how you view salespeople, businesses, and someone trying to sell you something is EXACTLY what you attract.
Here’s a vivid example of someone who obviously views selling and promoting as something negative.
I got an email from one of the people on my list of customers who purchased an ebook about internet marketing from me. Obviously one wouldn’t purchase such a product unless they were interested in making more money.
The email I got was in response to message I’ve sent out to my list about a program that I was recommending. It was a program I’ve purchased and thought was valuable to share with my list. If someone who thinks it’s valuable for them would purchase it, then I would receive an affiliate commission for recommending the product.
Anyway, this guy emailed me telling me he figured out that if he buys this product, then I would make money with it, whether it was a good product or not, also hinting at the fact that I don’t really know this product because I probably haven’t bought it.
Then he emails me again saying that on the website for this product, there’s not enough info for him to decide, and why don’t I just tell him what it is, hinting again, that I probably couldn’t because I didn’t really buy it and was just promoting it.
And since I would be the one making money on this, why should he buy this.
Well I looked at this for a moment, and just had to laugh.
But the tragic thing is this, that once I gave it some thought, I realized that this guy was simply expressing how he FEELS. And since we attract based on the vibrations that we send out, which are nothing more than feelings, then what is this guy really attracting?
He obviously wants to make more money, otherwise he wouldn’t of bought my product in the first place, and now that he’s getting ideas and additional resources that he could potentially use if he wants to, he negatively expresses how it’s just someone trying to sell him something.
Do you see the conflict there?
Well then how many times do people feel the same way this guy does, but maybe just don’t express it?
They may look at some of the emails they get as though they’re getting bombarded with all this sales stuff. I know for a fact that most people out there view sales and salespeople negatively.
In my years in the financial services field, when I was recruiting agents to work with me, most of the time I heard people say, I don’t want to be in sales, I don’t like to sell, I don’t want to pressure people, I don’t like commissions, I don’t like…….
You see, when people say things like that, it’s a reflection of how they think and what they feel inside.
And how can you attract more wealth, success, and abundance while carrying around thoughts like that?
How can you have a successful business, when you view others who are trying to promote their business, in a negative way?
I get bombarded with emails daily as well. But I don’t look at it like most people, “oh more crap in my email…”, instead I look at it, this is great, more people are getting on the bandwagon of creating wealth and if they’re successful that means they’ll make more money and have more money to buy things and that’s what makes our world abundant and full of opportunities.
When I get so called junk mail, I don’t toss it before opening, unless I have no interest in it. I don’t buy everything either, but I use it as an opportunity to see what’s out there, how others market they’re products and services and sometimes I buy things I think are valuable and help me with whatever I need.
I challenge you to look at how you view others who are in sales and marketing, start being conscious of what kind of energy you send out.
