I’m currently in Jamaica where it’s 80 degrees and sunny. When I was leaving Michigan we had several inches of snow and freezing rain, a couple of days ago.
The resort has internet access in every room, so it makes it easy to run things from here. When I logged on to my computer today I had several emails with cash in them. (That is emails informing me that a payment was processed for something that someone bought.)
So while I was getting a nice Caribbean tan and building sand castles with my kid, I made money.
A few years ago I started to think how can I make money while I’m not working. I started picturing this in mind. The idea was planted in my mind. I thought a lot about it. I started doing research into different options, and do you know what happened? The opportunities started presenting themselves to me.
There’s a saying that Luck is when Opportunity meets Preparation. That’s very true. As we were boarding the plane going through gate, my 5 year old told the lady who was working there “I’m going to Jamaica”, and the lady who by her obvious facial expression and attitude did not want to be there at 7 am on a Saturday morning, said “Lucky you…”
Am I really lucky? I am grateful for everything I have, but expect to have this. I also expect great things to happen. And this lady and millions of other people who say that they desperately want something else out of their life, really don’t want it. If they did they’d be going for it. And it all begins in the form of our thoughts. What we think about, what we focus on, what we dwell on the most, what we expect, what are attitudes are about what’s happening to us and around us. All these things create the life that we are living, our experiences.
I saw myself enjoying great vacations and making money in the process, while being away. I saw it and felt it, way before I ever experienced it.
So I believe that anyone can mentally engineer the life they want. The business they desire, that will support their lifestyle.
For years I focused on a business that I thought would give me what I want, the money that I wanted to make, and the price didn’t really matter. Whether I enjoyed the process didn’t really matter. I was solely focused on the outcome.
At some point I realized that your business should support your lifestyle the way you want to, and that struggle and sacrifice isn’t necessary, and it’s ok to enjoy the process and love what you do. When I started to focus on that things started to change. I think it’s because my energy shifted and I began to attract amazing things and people into my life.
If you want to learn how to do that, and how to attract more business using the Law of Attraction, go grab a free copy of my Business Attractor course, and begin attracting more business like magic.
