How Do You Feel About What You Do?
February 29th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
Can you really love what you do and make lots of money?
I believe you can. As a matter of fact, I believe that it’s a prerequisite for a successful enterprise. There are some people that say you don’t have to love what you do. That if the payoff is big, and it’s going to get you the financial rewards, it will be worth it.
Have you become a victim to that thought?
I’m not suggesting that you don’t go after the money and financial rewards. As a matter of fact, I think you should be money motivated. It’s ok to want to be wealthy. But how you choose to get there will determine how fast it will take.
I believe you have to feel good about what you do. You can’t feel negative about your job or business, not enjoy the process, and expect great things to happen. That’s not the way to live a fulfilled life. You need to be passionate about something. If you don’t enjoy what you’re doing, then why are you doing it?
For the money?
Ok, then is it possible Read the rest of this entry »

What recession?
February 26th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
It’s not often that I drive very early in the morning, but today I had to go to the airport, and was on the road at 6am.
The traffic was pretty heavy, and most people would complain how long it took. But I couldn’t help it, I was excited.
What’s all this talk about recession, sky falling down, the dollar is dropping in value, oil and gold are at all time high, the real estate and the mortgage meltdown, foreclosures are up, blah blah blah ….
So where are all these people going?
Where are they living?
How are they paying for their new cars, and putting gas in them?
Don’t listen to the news. Don’t watch CNN. Don’t listen to the so-called experts.
All that does is clutter your mind.
I’m looking at all these people on the road, thousands and thousands, and that’s just in my city.
They’re all going to work. They’re making money. They’re spending money. They have kids, and they spend money on them. Just look at this amazing market.

Today, the most amazing thing happened . . .
February 21st, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
Today, I had one of the most amazing things happen. I was born in Ukraine, and went to school there for a few years. About 16 years ago, I lost contact with my best friend from school. I knew which country he lives in, but I didn’t know where, and couldn’t find him.
A few weeks ago, I started thinking about finding him, and went online, but no luck, couldn’t find any listings, and not knowing which city he lives in, makes it even more difficult.

How To Guarantee That Your Advertisement Will Be Read
February 20th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
One of the most important aspects of attracting more business is getting your prospect to actually stop and listen to what you have to say.
Today we’re all bombarded with advertisements all day long. On TV, on the radio, on the internet, our emails, tele-marketing calls, our mail, etc…
So for someone to actually stop and listen to your message, you literally have to stop them, long enough to hear you.
One of the most effective ways to do that, is with direct response marketing, which can be done by mail, on the internet, or even with ads in newspapers in magazines.
In this post, I’d like to share the most important part of your ad, regardless of the media that you choose, and that’s Read the rest of this entry »

10 Traits To Make You Filthy Rich . . . I Disagree
February 18th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
In a recent article I saw on big financial website, there was a list of 10 traits that make you filthy-rich.
Here they are:
1. Patience - being patient while saving and accumulating money
2. Satisfaction - being satisfied with what you have so you don’t spend money on things you see in commercials that you think will make you feel/look better
3. Organization – being organized for higher productivity
4. Discipline – to continue saving for more long-term goals
5. Reflectiveness – being able to reflect on the results of your financial decisions, both good and bad.
6. Creativity – during unexpected events, when the economy and our earnings don’t match. Learning to juggle money, and to make something last longer.
7. Curiosity – having curiosity helps you learn, study and improve yourself.
8. Risk-Taking – to build wealth one needs to be willing to take risks.
9. Goal-Oriented
10. Hard- and Smart-Working
Ok, for the most part I agree with the concept that your attitude towards money will determine your success.
However, there are few things that I absolutely disagree with.
First, why do we need to address Read the rest of this entry »

What Are Your Expectations?
February 9th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
The speed at which our desires manifest depends on how much resistance we put up.
Resistance?
That’s right. We need to allow the attraction process to manifest our desires, by removing any resistance, which are thoughts of doubt and fear. Any thoughts that we have that cause us to worry, or fear, or doubt, create the energy of resistance which blocks the attraction process.
Let’s say you’re looking for a new house, you put up the images, you think about it, and imagine what it would be like to live in this house, and you stir up all these positive emotions. But then you start having thoughts of doubt, how am I going to afford this house, and you start worrying. These thoughts hinder any progress that and put up resistance to positive energy you’ve created.
Another cause of resistance, is trying too hard to figure out how it’s going to happen. Trying to figure out how you’re going to make more money, or how you’re going to afford this house, or the car, or how you’re going to get more business, get new customers, blocks the energy flow. Your focus shifts from your desire to trying to figure it out.
There are infinite number of ways that the Universe can attract to you the things you’re looking for. But you need to allow that energy to flow, by removing all the resistance and blocks.
Our job is not to figure out how it’s going to happen. We simply need to state the intention and create the feeling of knowing that it’s on it’s way. Faith is a powerful emotion, and when you have faith that you will get what you’re seeking, then the manifestation process is well on it’s way.
So the next time you set a goal of achieving something, create the feeling that you’re certain it’s going to happen, and that expectation will create it for you.
We all live up to our own expectations. What are you expecting?

Hidden Profits In Any Business
February 5th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
Did you know that there are hidden profits in almost any business. As a matter of fact, I can’t think of one business where this strategy wouldn’t be applicable. Yet so many businesses miss this. And that is an opportunity to offer your client, patient, or customer additional products or services.
McDonalds has figured this out years ago, by adding a variety of items to their menu. In addition to burgers and fries, which is what they started with, they now have, different types of burgers and cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, chicken nuggets, salads, deserts, etc…
If you’ve spend time and money to get a customer, why not maximize your return on investment with back end sales, as well as immediate up-sells and cross-sells.
Here are a few examples. In my Read the rest of this entry »

Staying Motivated While Going For Your Goals
February 4th, 2008 Vitaly Grinblat
People often want to know, how to stay motivated while going for a big goal, and it takes longer than you wanted to.
In my opinion goal setting is a very powerful thing. But you have to be careful though. When setting goals, and putting your target dates, if you don’t hit your goal by the deadline, that you don’t go beating yourself up over it.
Goals are powerful because they set the course and they set the energy in motion. But remember that we attract we feel, so if thinking of a goal and having that deadline puts any kind of pressure, where you feel uncomfortable and it makes you think that you won’t hit it, then instead of motivating you, it does the opposite, it depresses you to think about your goal.
Writing down your goals, and thinking of them should be fun and exciting, and the minute it doesn’t feel that way anymore, it’s time to adjust or change the goal.
One way to stay motivated that works for me, Read the rest of this entry »
